A Taste of St. Tropez at the James Beard House

avenue-chefOn Monday, May 2nd, 7:00 p.m., Executive Chef Dominique Filoni of Avenue Restaurant in Long Branch, New Jersey, will cook up an elegant Mediterranean dinner, “A Taste of St. Tropez” to NYC’s James Beard House.

 

The Côte d’Azur menu will also feature accompanying wines…

Diver Sea Scallop: Pickled Ramps, Hearts of Palm, Carrot & Ginger
