On Monday, March 7th, 6:30 p.m., Chakra Restaurant, Paramus, New Jersey, will host a four course wine dinner featuring the vintages of Palmaz Vineyards of Napa Valley, California.
Palmaz Vineyards’ winemaking and aging takes place within the living rock of Mount George, in an engineered maze of tunnels and domes. The height of the wine cave is equivalent to an 18-story building, providing the vertical range needed for true gravity-flow winemaking. The result is a series of complex and elegant wines.
