cornucopiaThe Farmer’s Daughter, a farm-to-table restaurant, will officially open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, on Friday, February 25th.

Chef Corey Fair, who is also the establishment’s food & beverage director, will utilize the freshest and best local ingredients available to create simple yet delicious food. Menu staples will include grass-fed beef and lamb, local produce, and the freshest seafood.

Lunch prices will start at just $9.00 and dinner prices will run from the high-teens into the twenties. Chef Fair also plans to offer a “sharing” option on several of the entrées. A three-course prix-fixe dinner and a six-course family-style dinner at the chef’s table will also be offered.

The expansive bar will follow a “fresh only” approach, creating all of the mixers and infusions in-house from local fruits and vegetables for an extensive list of creative cocktails. The beer list will feature local and small batch brews and a very extensive selection of wines. The bar menu will provide new twists on classic bar food, while blending seamlessly with the direction of the kitchen.
