On Wednesday, February 23rd, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Serenade in Chatham, New Jersey, will host “The Best Game in Town Dinner,” featuring game from famed purveyor D’Artagnan.
D’Artagnan’s owner, Ariane Daguin, will be on hand to talk about game, as guests enjoy a six-course menu paired with wines by Serenade’s sommelier and beverage director, Craig Kallus. Chef/proprietor James Laird will prepare dishes such as partridge roulade with foie gras and truffles, wild boar cassoulet, and juniper-crusted venison, among others.
