Baked Brie En Croute: French Brie baked in a Puff Pastry with Fresh Raspberry Coulis

 

Seared Diver Sea Scallop: Large Diver Sea Scallop Seared and served on a Roaster Beet Risotto with an Orange Beurre Blanc Sauce

 

Grilled 5-Ounce Beef Tenderloin: Wild Mushrooms, Port Wine Reduction, Garlic Mashed Potatoes

 

Chocolate “Tuxedo”: White & Dark Chocolate Mousse Torte with Ganache

 

Coffee/Tea

Complimentary glass of house wine

 

Diners may also substitute with shrimp or salmon from the restaurant’s regular men.
