latour2Friday – Sunday, January 21 – 23, Chef John Benjamin of Restaurant Latour, Crystal Springs Resort, Hamburg, New Jersey, will be preparing a special menu with seasonal game specialties. The dinner will also be enhanced with optional wine pairings.
