“Wine & Dine Around” at Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern

hohokus-inn2On Monday, January 24th, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will host a “Wine & Dine Around,” featuring eight wines paired with eight “small bites” specifically designed to showcase Chef Bryan Gregg’s culinary creativity.

 

The “Wine & Dine Around” menu will feature:

 

Crab Salad, Chili Aioli, Citrus, Herbs

Erath Pinot Gris

 

Kindai Tuna Tartare, Melon, Soy, Sesame

Babich Sauvignon Blanc

 

Smoked Duck, Cherry Compote, Spice

Alma Rosa Chardonnay

 

House-made Gravlax, Local Beet Essence, Horseradish, Cress

Château Marques Caceres Rosé

 

Elysian Lam, Ras El Hanout (blend of spices), Pickled Cauliflower, Moroccan Ketchup

9th Island Pipers Brook Pinot Noir

 

Smoked Mangalitsa Pork Belly, Peanut, Cilantro, Sweet Glaze

Lindemans Reserve Shiraz

 

Korean Beef Satay, Quick Kimchi, Cilantro

Magnificent House Wine Red

 

Mini Pierogies, Short Rib, Local Cheddar, Truffle Cream

Rabbit Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

 

The informal evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the restaurant’s Library Bar and is priced at $32.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Following this appetizing kick-off, event guests have the option of staying for a special prix-fixe dinner (available exclusively to “Wine & Dine Around” guests) priced at $38.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
