On New Year’s Eve, Friday, December 31st, the Gladstone Tavern, Gladstone, New Jersey, will offer a 9:00 p.m. seating, featuring a seven-course chef’s tasting menu.

Consommé: Duck Confit, Black Truffle, Green Onion
Sorbet Intermezzo: Cranberry, Lime, Rum
Poached Lobster: White Trumpet Mushroom, Asparagus Risotto, Lobster Essence
Seared Filet Mignon: Foie Gras Butter, Madeira Reduction, Dauphine Potato, Vegetable Confetti
Molten Chocolate Cake: Peppermint Ice Cream, Butterscotch Sauce
Champagne Toast: Cookies, Petit Fours, Tuxedo Strawberry

Gladstone Tavern’s regular menu will be available for early seatings on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant will also be open on New Year’s Day for lunch and dinner.
