Adsum, 700 South 5th Street, (267) 888-7002: Guests may enjoy Chef Matt Levin’s à la carte menu of progressive bistro cuisine. At midnight, everyone will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne. Adsum will also be serving New Year’s Day brunch from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Fork, 306 Market Street, (215) 625-9425: You can catch the fireworks at Penn’s Landing and have dinner at Fork, located in the city’s bustling Old City District. Chef Feury will offer guests a $70.00 three-course prix-fixe.
London Grill, 2301 Fairmount Avenue, (215) 978-4545: In addition to their regular à la carte menu, Chef Michael McNally will feature special menu items such as sautéed foie gras with roasted pear and salsify purée; ricotta cavatelli with wild boar ragout, greens and pecorino cheese; roasted prime rib served with lobster mashed potatoes; and goat cheese gnocchi. The London Grill will also be serving a New Year’s Day brunch beginning at 12:00 noon, featuring a “Make Your Own Bloody Mary Bar.”
Oyster House, 1516 Sansom Street, (215) 567-7683: This Philadelphia landmark will offer guests a $55.00 prix-fixe, four-course menu. Oyster House will also offer their popular “Buck A Shuck” Happy Hour from 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight. The restaurant will also be open on New Year’s Day, serving seafood brunch dishes, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Sampan, 122 South 13th Street, (215) 732-3501: Chef Michael Schulson will be offering Sampan’s Asian-inspired à la carte menu; and, at midnight, all dinner guests will receive party hats, noise makers, and a glass of Champagne to welcome in 2011.
