In the spirit of the holiday season, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern will host a Robert Mondavi Wine Dinner on Monday, December 8th, and a Holiday Champagne Tasting on Monday, December 13th.
The Robert Modavi Wine Dinner on December 8th will feature a four-course menu paired with wines hand-selected by Sara Hinsch of the Winery’s parent company, Constellation Brands. The dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.; and Executive Chef Bryan Gregg’s menu will feature:

Goffle Road Farm Squab: Blue Moon Farm Micro Hakurei Turnips, Stone-Ground Corn Cake, White Soubise

A more informal Holiday Champagne Tasting will be hosted on December 13th, with Ann Marie Harrison of Kobrand. Featured will be four Taittinger Champagnes paired with delicious and luxurious hors d’oeuvres. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Library Bar. Highlights will include:
