Fall Brewmaster’s Dinner at Iron hill Brewery & Restaurant, Phoenixville, PA

iron-hill-brewery2On Tuesday, December 7th, 6:30 p.m., head brewer Tim Stumpf of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, 130 East Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA, will host a special Fall Brewmaster’s Dinner, featuring five courses of seasonal fare from executive chef Jeremy Heckman, paired with five hearty cold-weather beers.

 

The dinner will include the following:

 

Spiced Butternut Squash Soup: Cinnamon-Nutmeg Crisp

Brew: Nut Brown Ale

 

Crispy Goat Cheese & Red Beet Salad: Autumn Greens, Candied Walnuts, Sweet Onions, Port Wine Vinaigrette

Brew: Belgian Pale Ale

 

Pumpkin Seed- and Coriander-Crusted Sea Scallops: Shaved Fennel, Apple Slaw

Brew: The Cannibal, a strong Belgian golden ale

 

Apricot-Glazed Pork Tenderloin Medallions: Orange-Thyme Scented Sweet Potato Purée, Garlicky Swiss Chard

Brew: Pumpkin Ale

 

Caramel-Apple Empanada: Bourbon Ice Cream, Salted Caramel Drizzle

Brew: Bourbon Tripel, a traditional Belgian-style golden strong ale
