Mixed Greens & Endive Salad: Late Harvest Riesling Dressing, Coriander Tuile, Herbs

Beet & Goat Cheese Napoleon: Mâche, Walnut Vinaigrette, Spices

F&P Classic Smoked Salmon: Truffled Egg Salad, Cornichons, Mustard Oil, House-Baked Black Bread

The cost of the special Thanksgiving prix-fixe is $52.00 per person (20% gratuity added to parties of 6 or more); children’s menu, $16.00. Side dishes – Sautéed Spinach, Sautéed Broccoli Rabe, Whipped Potatoes, Almond-Cauliflower Purée, Sweet Potato Fries, Asparagus with Pine Nuts, Baked Macaroni & Aged Gouda – $7.50 each.
