On Monday, November 29th, 6:30 p.m., Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner featuring the wines of Benziger Family Winery.
For over 30 years, the Benziger Family has tended their Sonoma Valley, California, properties using certified biodynamic, organic and sustainable farming methods. Executive Chef Thomas Ciszak pairs each course by embracing the wines and their farming methods.
