On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th, the Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, New Jersey, will once again offer both an unforgettable buffet and prix-fixe dinner, both of which have become Thanksgiving highlights in Central Jersey.
Seatings for the grand buffet will be from 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. Patrons will feast on oven-roasted organic Griggstown turkey with all the trimmings, as well as beef, seafood, and pasta selections. Also offered will be savory salads, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, and an elaborate dessert display. The buffet is priced at $59.00 for adults; $29.00 for children ages 6-12; $15.00 for children ages 2-5; and children under age 2 are complimentary.
Seatings for the 3-course prix-fixe dinner are from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will include seasonal chef creations such as organic Griggstown turkey, roulade of Griggstown pheasant, crispy day-boat Cod and more. The dinner is priced at $75.00 for adults and $35.00 for children ages 2-12.
The Bernards Inn will also be offering chef-prepared gourmet turkey and trimmings to go, plus delectable deserts baked by pastry chef Duane Hendershot. Orders must be placed by November 18th.
