Next Monday – Friday, November 8 – November 12, the Tortilla Press in Collingswood, New Jersey, and the Tortilla Press Cantina in Pennsauken, New Jersey, will celebrate New Jersey’s fresh seafood with a special three-course menu.
This is one of chef/proprietor Mark Smith’s favorite promotions of the year; and he has announced that there will also be plenty of options for NONseafood diners.
Here’s a rundown of the “Off the Hook” menu options…

Shrimp & Brie Empanada, Pineapple Salsa
Crab Queso Dip, Red & Green Tortilla Chips
Masa-Dusted Fried Oysters, Jalapeño Remoulade
Soup or Salad:
Mexican Rock Shrimp Bisque, Roasted Poblano & Red Peppers
Ceviche Salad, Cilantro Vinaigrette

Pan-Seared Scallops, Avocado Cream Sauce
Grilled Tuna Medallion & Seafood Enchilada Combo Plate
