Although it hardly seems possible, restaurant Nicholas in Middletown, New Jersey, will be celebrating its 10th anniversary. And in honor of this grand occasion, the restaurant will host a spectacular wine dinner on Sunday, November 21st.
The complete menu has yet to be set, but since it is truffle season, you can be sure that patrons will be in for an extraordinary gastronomic treat. The wines, however, have been selected, including an Imperial bottle of Opus One signed by both Robert Mondavi & Baron Philippe de Rothschild, who are no longer with us, making this bottle priceless.
