On Monday, October 25th, 6:30 p.m., Chakra Restaurant in Paramus will host a special wine dinner highlighting the wines of Bouchaine Winery and the culinary creations of Chakra’s new partner/executive chef, Thomas Ciszak.
This is also the first project of a new venture, the merger of Chef Ciszak’s consulting firm, TC Culinary Solutions, with Chakra Resteaurant partners Jason Longo, Peter Longo, and Philip Chiaramonte. The newly formed TLC Restaurant Group will own, operate, and manage a variety of restaurant concepts in the New Jersey region, from gastropubs to fine dining.
