trafalgarsquareDespite the jokes you may have heard depicting the dubious quality of British cuisine (or the quality of the cuisine served in Britain) – which has certainly changed radically for the better in recent years – London, a great cosmopolitan city, offers its visitors marvelously diverse and rewarding dining experiences.

My wife and I just returned from a week’s stay in London; and, in blog entries during the next several weeks, I’ll be reviewing the following restaurants…

Cork & Bottle Wine Bar (International Cuisine)

Latium (Italian)

Oscar Bar & Restaurant (Modern European)

Pied-à-Terre (French)

Quo Vadis (Traditional British with Innovative Touches)

The Red Fort (Indian)

Roka (Japanese)

Bon Appétit!
