On Wednesday, October 20th, 7:00 p.m., the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey, will host an extraordinary dinner featuring the incomparably enticing flavors of Mangalitsa pork.
Special guests for the evening include: Dr. Emo Hollo, Bernardsville resident and Hungarian native. This esteemed veterinarian has a first-hand experience with the Mangalitsa breed both in Hungary and the United States; Rufus Brown, Cure Master at Johnson County Smokehouse in North Carolina, who is presently curing over 500 Mangalitsa hams; and George Faison, owner of DeBragga, New York’s Butcher, and Mangalitsa distributor in the New York/New Jersey area.
