The new Peacock Inn, Princeton, New Jersey, which has already received rave reviews for Chef Manuel Perez’s innovative cuisine, will now expand its repertoire by offering a two-course brunch beginning this Sunday, September 12th.
Brunch at the Peacock Inn will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. every Sunday, and reservations are highly recommended. The two-course prix fixe brunch will feature something for every palate. A traditional breakfast will offer items such eggs Benedict or brioche French toast, while more savory possibilities include fresh pappardelle or lobster crepes. The menu will feature a choice of approximately seven appetizers and eleven entrées.
The prix fixe brunch is priced at $30.00 per person. There is also a children’s menu (10 and under), which features a fresh fruit starter and choice of French toast, country breakfast, pancakes, or pasta for $18.00. All beverages are additional.
Guests may also choose to make a weekend out of it by adding a Saturday night stay prior to brunch. Overnight rates begin at $250.00 per night.
