To coincide with the annual Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, Germany, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will offer a menu of hearty Bavarian dishes that will be served at all eight restaurant locations from Friday, September 17th – Sunday, October 3rd.
The robust Oktoberfest menu will include:
Bavarian White Bean & Sausage Soup
Mesclun Salad: Goat Cheese, Red Beets, Walnuts, Sherry Vinaigrette
Smoked Salmon: Boursin Cheese, Cucumber-Red Onion Salad, Grilled Flatbread, Sweet Mustard-Dill Sauce
Grilled Sausages: Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Garlic Sausage with Braised Lentils & Stone Ground Mustard
Jaeger Schnitzel: Pan-Fried Breaded Veal Cutlet with Buttered Egg Noodles, Haricots Verts, Hunter Sauce
Sautéed Rainbow Trout: Horseradish Smashed Potatoes, Spinach, Leeks, Tomatoes, Garlic & Ale Sauce
Sauerbraten-Style Top Sirloin Steak: Marinated in Red Wine, Ale-Braised Cabbage, Spätzle, Gingersnap Gravy
Pan-Seared Salmon: Sauerkraut-Potato Croquettes, Green Beans, Sweet Mustard-Dill Sauce

Apricot Frangipane: Vanilla Ice Cream, Cherry-Kirsch Sauce
In addition to their food offerings, restaurants will serve their special Oktoberfest beer, a full-bodied amber lager, a traditional German festival beer.
