On Monday, July 26th, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will host an informal wine and cheese tasting.
The evening will showcase the pairing prowess of the Inn’s director of operations and beverage manager, Robert Lipkin. Mr. Lipkin has hand-selected ten favorite vintages for the evening’s reception and expertly paired each with an international assortment of artisanal cheeses.
