On Saturday, June 26, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., South Jersey Hot Chefs will present a “Feast in the Fields” at the Pettit Farm, 145 Marl Road, Harrisonville, New Jersey.
This “Day on the Farm” will feature:
A gourmet meal with freshly grown local ingredients catered by Chef Mario DiVentura of Filomena’s Lakeview Restaurant, live blue grass band, nature walks on the farm and surrounding natural area, “sheep to shawl” demonstration, a native plants and herbs booth, and local farm produce stand.
The menu will include:
Boneless Chicken Breast roasted with Onions and peppers
Pulled Pork in BBQ Sauce
Spare Ribs
Grilled Vegetables
Braised Potatoes & Green Vegetable in Olive Oil-Garlic Sauce
Pasta and Vegetable Salad
Coleslaw
Cheesecake
Beverages
