On Monday, June 21st, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, kicks off the official start of summer with an “American Summer Beer-B-Q” featuring the Inn’s own Ho-Ho-Kus Tavern Ale, a cask-conditioned brew by New Jersey’s own Cricket Hill Brewery.
Rick Reed, president of Cricket Hill, will be on hand for the unveiling of the signature beer, which will be available on tap in the Inn’s Library and Tavern Bars.
This outdoor event, which will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., will feature an informal menu of favorite summer fare, including: Pulled Pork Sliders, Mini Burgers, Summer Lobster Chowder, Jicama Coleslaw, German Potato Salad, Walnut Fudge Brownies, Key Lime Tartlets, and Pecan Diamonds.
The cost of the “Summer Beer-B-Q” is $45.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling (201) 445-4115.
