Two Wine Tastings in the Garden State

wine6Next week, two wine tastings will be in the offing that will surely be of interest to lovers of the fruit of the vine…

 

The first will be held on Wednesday, June 16th, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Daryl Wine Bar & Restaurant in New Brunswick, NJ. Participants will sample a selection of Italian white wines that will prove convincingly that there is much more to Italian whites than pinot grigio. The kitchen will also be furnishing some great food to aid in the sipping. The cost is $35.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). To reserve your place, please call (732) 253-7780.

 

The second wine tasting will be hosted by the Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, NJ, on Friday, June 18th, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. This is a grand wine tasting event held in the Fenwick Ballroom, and it is the most extensive wine tasting event of the year at the Bernards Inn. Over 80 of the finest wines from all over the globe have been specially selected by Wine Director and Sommelier Terri Baldwin. Wines will be available for purchase, many of which are not available in retail stores. Light refreshments will be served. The cost is $50.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
