pluckemin-2This coming Friday, May 14th, 7:30 p.m., the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey, will celebrate another in its popular Friday night dinner club events: “Morels & Asparagus – A Match Made in Foodie Heaven.”

 

Canapes:

Stuffed Morels, Asparagus Tempura, Asparagus Soup, Asparagus/Citrus Sabayon, Morel Tartine

 

1st Course:

Organic Risotto, Wild & Farm Asparagus, Morel Étuve

 

2nd Course:

Three Meadows Farm Egg, Shellfish, Rupert’s Arugula, Asparagus

 

3rd Course:

Roasted Griggstown Chicken, Cookpot of Morel, Asparagus, Fingerling Potatoes, Bacon, Peas, and Mushrooms

 

Dessert:

A Surprise from Pastry Chef Joseph Gabriel
