On Wednesday, May 26th, the historic Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, which reopened on December 8, 2009, following a change in ownership and 1.5 million dollar renovation, will host a four-course wine dinner with guest chef Marcus Samuelsson.
Chef Samuelsson, who made New York’s Aquavit among New York City’s most enduring restaurants, will draw inspiration from his newest cookbook New American Table and will prepare a four-course menu comprised of many regional ingredients, including Goffle Road Farm eggs, New Jersey day boat monkfish, and local asparagus, ramp, and rhubarb.
The dinner will also include paired wines chosen by Leonard LoCascio of Winebow and Leonardo LoCasio Selections, who will also be in attendance.
The dinner will begin at 6:15 p.m. with passed canapés and NV Zardetto Prosecco, Brut and Rosé.
