Chef/proprietor Mark Smith’s Tortilla Press Cantina in Pennsauken, New Jersey, will host a festive beer dinner on Wednesday, April 21^st.

 

The menu will include five (5) tapas-style courses with five (5) accompanying Mexican beers…

 

First Course:

Beer & Cheese Soup, Spicy, Crispy Tortilla Strips

Brew: Modelo Especial Draft

 

Second Course:

Honey-Cholula Wings

Brew: Dos Equis Amber Bottle

 

Third Course:

Mini Cuban Slider with Spicy Slaw

Brew: Dos Equis Lager Michelada

A mix of lager, hot sauce, lime juice & seasoning

 

Fourth Course:

Carne Asada with Charro Beans

Brew: Bohemia

 

Fifth Course:

Twin Coffee-Rubbed Ribs with Mango Glaze & Bacon-Wrapped New Potatoes

Brew: Negra Modelo

 

The cost of this festive beer dinner is $35.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). The meal also includes coffee and tea, with fountain sodas available up request at no charge.
