easter-imageEaster Sunday is fast approaching. If you’re contemplating dining out, you will find that New Jersey restaurants offer a wide variety of possibilities. Here are a few more for your consideration…

One of my favorite dining spots, the Black Trumpet in Spring Lake, is offering Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at $19.00 per person. Easter dinner will be served from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at $45.00 per person. (BYOB). For more information, or to make reservations, please call (732) 449-4700.

Stage Left in New Brunswick will be serving Easter Sunday brunch from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. First course selections include: lobster bisque, house-cured salmon, and saffron potato leek soup; main course possibilities: wild mushroom omelet, buttermilk-poached organic chicken, and wood-grilled burger. There will also be a dessert bar. The cost is $39.95 per person (plus tax & gratuity). A children’s menu is also available at $19.00.

In addition to the brunch, Easter dinner will be served from 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (732) 828-4444.

For Easter Sunday, Catherine Lombardi, also in New Brunswick, will be serving a family-style menu from 2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with choices from antipasti, main course, and dessert. The price is $39.95 per person (plus tax, gratuity & beverage). For a more traditional meal, patrons may have a pasta course followed by the main course at a $10.00 supplement. (732) 296-9461.

Bon Appétit!
