On Easter Sunday, April 4th, the Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, New Jersey, will offer patrons either an elaborate Easter buffet or traditional Easter dinner prix fixe holiday menu.
The buffet will be served from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Fenwick Ballroom. Featured will be carving stations of roasted leg of lamb, honey-glazed ham, and beef tenderloin, as well as seafood, omelets, fresh fruits & salads, and decadent desserts, including an ice cream sundae bar. The buffet is priced at $59.00 for adults; $30.00 for children ages 6 to 12; $15.00 for children ages 2 to 5. Seatings for children under age 2 are complimentary.
Seatings for the 3-course prix fixe dinner are from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will highlight the chef’s special creations, including rack of lamb, filet mignon, baked ham, and seafood. Sumptuous desserts will be provided by pastry chef Duane Hendershot. The cost of the dinner is $75.00 for adults; $35.00 for children.
