bistro-lepic5One of my all-time favorite haunts, Bistrot Lepic & Wine Bar in the Georgetown section of Washington, DC, recently announced their special dining menu for Easter Sunday, April 4th.

 

Appetizers (Choice of):

Lobster Bisque garnished with Maryland Crabmeat

Sautéed Duck Foie Gras with Fresh Pineapple Reduction ($5.00 Supp)

Tuna Tartar with Frisée Salad dressed with Sesame Seed Vinaigrette

Endive Salad with Asian Pears, Walnuts, and Roquefort Cheese

Artichoke and Goat Cheese Terrine with Arugula Salad and Light Pesto Dressing

 

Main Course (Choice of):

Beef Cheeks slow cooked in Red Wine, Ragout of Fingerling Potato & Baby Squash

Seared Duck Breast with Duck Confit stuffed Cabbage & Shallot Sauce

Lamb Filet stuffed with Wild Mushrooms, Kalamata Tapenade in Phyllo Dough

Crispy King Salmon & Seared Sea Scallops, Parsley Mousse & Lemon Caper Butter Sauce

Lobster & Jumbo Shrimp à la nage with Spinach, Mango, Green Papaya & Fresh Ginger
