Annual Seder Dinner at Philly’s Popular London Grill

london-grillOn Monday, March 29th, and Tuesday, March 30th, London Grill, 2301 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will celebrate Passover with their annual Seder Dinner, a festive, four-course prix-fixe meal highlighting modern interpretations of traditional dishes.

 

Items from the Passover menu will also be available à la carte through Monday, April 5th, as well as special Passover Cocktails. To celebrate the end of the holiday, the restaurant will also offer a special Passover Meatball Monday on the 5th as well.

 

Chef/proprietor Michael McNally’s Seder Dinner will feature a fresh approach to Passover’s best-known dishes. This year’s dinner will feature some traditional items, including: Gefilte Fish; Matzah Ball Soup; and Braised Brisket, as well as newly inspired dishes such as: Poached Wild Sea Bass with Braised Artichokes; Roasted Veal Breast with Spring Herbs; and Braised Lamb Shank with Olives and Preserved Lemon. The dinner will also include a selection of house-made desserts and traditional Passover foods, including matzo, charoset, a shank bone, and other symbols of Pesach.

 

The cost for the prix-fixe is $40.00 per person; $20.00 for children 11 and younger.
