STARTERS:
Tropical Haroset: A blend of tropical fruits, nuts, and sweet wine. Served with matzoh.
APPETIZERS:
Creamy Chicken and Guajillo Chile Soup: Cream of chicken and guajillo chile soup served with spring vegetables and grilled chicken.
Citrus Salad: Tangerine, blood orange, watercress, and frisée dressed with hibiscus vinaigrette and toasted almonds.
Red Snapper Gefilte Fish: Traditional fish dumplings of red snapper (gefilte fish) with spicy tomato salsa and pickled vegetables.
ENTRÉES:
Banana Leaf-Wrapped Brisket: Roasted brisket of barbequed beef wrapped in a banana leaf with dried fruits “tsimmes” served with spinach-potato kugel.
Grilled Salmon with Spicy Beet Salad: Grilled filet of king salmon served with sweet potato pancakes and spicy roasted beet salad.
DESSERT:
Mexican Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwich: Pistachio macaroon ice cream sandwich filled with blueberry-crema ice cream and blueberry-tomatillo salsa.
