Spring Wine Tastings at Nicholas and the Pluckemin Inn

wine1On Sunday, March 28th, spring walk-around wine tastings will be hosted by Restaurant Nicholas in Middletown, New Jersey, and the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey.

 

The tasting at Nicholas will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Twenty superb wines will be poured from California, Oregon, Italy, France, and Germany, all of which have been hand-selected by Nicholas. The wines will be paired with an artisanal cheese selection, raw bar, and an assortment of passed hors d’oeuvres. The entry fee is $95.00 per person. If participants choose to order wine, $50.00 of the entry fee will go toward the purchase. This tasting is limited to 65 people. The tasting at the Pluckemin Inn will be held from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will feature 30-40 wines that are perfect for spring quaffing. During the tasting the Pluckemin Inn kitchen will be presenting light hors d’oeuvres to complement the flavors of the wines.
