On Friday, March 26th, 6:00 p.m., Peter Shields Restaurant in Cape May, New Jersey, will present a special five-course “Dine with the Winemaker” dinner, with each course paired with an appropriate vintage from the Cape May Winery.
First Course: Potato, Bacon with Seared Scallop Soup

Second Course: Roasted Veal Meatballs on Garlic Toast with Caramelized Shallots and Spanish Blue Cheese
Wine: 2008 Cape May Cabernet Sauvignon
Third Course: Lobster Spring Roll with Hoisin, Plum Sriracha Dipping Sauce
Wine: 2009 Cape May Riesling
Main Course: Seared Long Island Duck Breast over Wild Rice Pilaf, finished with a Champagne Grape Reduction
Wine (Choice of): Stainless Steel Chardonnay; 2009 Cape May Merlot
Dessert Course: Peter Shields’ Bananas Foster
Wine: Isaac Smith Fini Blanc
