On Thursday, March 25th, Daryl Wine Bar & Restaurant in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a French dinner party.
The restaurant will offer a night of classic French cuisine, featuring Boeuf Bourguignon à la Julia Child, prepared by Executive Chef Juan Carlos Fernandez, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute. This will be a formal French 5-course meal with appropriate wine pairings.
