Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Dinner at TJ’s in Richmond, VA

jefferson4On Wednesday, March 25th, 7:00 p.m., TJ’s in the Jefferson Hotel, Richmond, Virginia, will host a Glenlivet Scotch dinner; and Executive Chef James Schroeder will prepare a special menu to match these extraordinary single malts.

 

Bentons Country Ham “Carpaccio,” Arugula, Granny Smith Apples, Pecorino, Hubbs Peanuts, Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Glenlivet Aged 12 Years

 

Slow-Cooked Duck Confit, Morels, Asparagus, Herbed Gnocchi, Green Peppercorn Jus

Glenlivet French Oak Reserved Aged 15 Years

 

Cast Iron-Seared Free Range Venison, “Dirty Rice,” Pistachios, Bing Cherries, Swiss Chard, Foie Gras Sauce

Glenlivet NÁdurra Aged 15 Years Ale

 

Warm Nutella Brownie, Mascarpone Ice Cream, Blackberries, Frangelico

Glenlivet Aged 18 Years

 

The cost of the dinner is $50.00 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity and will include a 1.5 oz. pour of each Scotch. Guests wishing to enjoy a larger pour of 3 oz. may do so for an additional $5.00 per course.
