On Thursday, March 11th, 6:30 p.m., chef/proprietor Mark Smith of Tortilla Press Cantina in Pennsauken, New Jersey, will offer a “Wine Tasting & Tapas” (small plates) event accompanied by green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly wines.
