From Friday, March 12th, through Wednesday, March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day, Stage Left in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will offer an extraordinary Irish dinner with accompanying wines by Irish wine makers.
Irish food has been the butt of many jokes; but there is actually some very good Irish cuisine: great butter and cheese, salmon, exquisite lamb, and, of course, potatoes. Stage Left will offer a four-course tasting menu inspired by these delicious foodstuffs, as well as hand-crafted wines by Irish American winemakers David O’Reilly and McPrice Myers.
