On Tuesday, March 16th, 7:00 p.m., CoolVines will present a Robert Sinskey Vineyards wine dinner at the Italian Pantry Bistro in Cranford, New Jersey.
The special guest will be Eric Sothern, National Wholesale Manager of the winery. In between courses of the creative, intriguing menu, Mr. Sothern will discuss each of the wines presented.
First Course:
