Landmark Hospitality recently announced the first “Mac ‘n’ Cheese Meltdown” during the month of March at their two acclaimed New Jersey restaurants, Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren and Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City.
Beginning March 2nd and running through March 31st, chefs Jerry Villa (Stone House) and Phil Campanella (Liberty House) will present a different mac ‘n’ cheese special every day for just $9.00 each (with the exception of Mondays when both locations are closed).
That’s 26 creative and delicious mac ‘n’ cheese treats, including…
“Sauseech” – Sweet Italian Sausage, Peppers, Onions, Italian Bread
Asparagus, Cheddar & Gruyere
Rib Stickin’ – Braised Short Rib, Chives, Aged Horseradish Cheddar
South of the Border – Chorizo, Jalapeños, Queso Fresco, Corn Tortilla Crust
Macaroni Blues – Maytag Blue Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Wild Mushrooms
