A unique side-by-side tasting of superior quality beef in several styles is planned for a beef and wine tasting dinner at The Manor, West Orange, New Jersey, on Sunday, March 7th.
The beef for each course was carefully selected by DeBragga’s George Faison and The Manor’s
Chef, Mitchell Atholz, to give guests a broad experience with the finest beef available in the world. The dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. and commences with a reception of hors d’oeuvres and Roederer Estate Brut, which leads into three courses of beef and world-class wines, finishing with dessert and port.
First Course:
