Carnevale di Venezia Gala and Wine Dinner at Vickers Restaurant

vickers-tavernOn Saturday, February 6, Vickers Restaurant in Exton, Pennsylvania, will host its first annual Carnevale di Venezia Gala and Wine Dinner. The event will be held in Vickers’ Plantation Ballroom from 7:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. and will include a splendid five-course menu, 4-hour open bar, wine, dancing, and Venetian masks.

Hors d’Oeuvres and Cocktails:

Displays of Italian Specialties, Prosecco and Cocktails

 

Antipasto:

Polenta with Wild Mushrooms

 

Primo:

Fresh Fettuccini with Wild Boar Ragu

 

Insalata:

Radicchio, Endive, Bibb Lettuce with Fresh Lemon and Imported Olive Oil

 

Secondo:

Roasted Veal Chop served with Rosemary Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables

 

Dolci:

Venetian Fritters

Fried Pastry Bows

Italian Fruit Cake

Assorted Pastries

 

*Vegetarian options are available. Menu is subject to change.

 

The cost is $125.00 per person, all-inclusive. Hand-crafted masks from Venice will be provided along with other special treats. Formal masquerade costumes are welcome.
