Saturday January 9th (2:00-5:00pm): Learn what makes wine Organic or Biodynamic, and taste a few selections from CoolVines extensive collection of natural wines.
Saturday January 16th (2:00-5:00pm): What to pair with Beef Stew and other hearty Winter dishes – A tasting of red wines that pair perfectly with beef stew and other hearty winter dishes.
Saturday January 23rd (2:00-5:00pm): The many faces of Riesling – This Saturday is all about Riesling, one of the most misunderstood varietals. From dry to sweet, the CoolVines staff will be on hand to talk about the famed Mosel region of Germany where the top Riesling are made, and give ideas on what foods to pair with these delicious wines.
Saturday January 30th (2:00-5:00pm): What is that wine called again? – Negroamaro, Romorantin, Gruner Vetliner? Patrons are invited to taste some delectable wines from grapes and places you may not have heard of.
