The Tortilla Press Cantina, 7716 Maple Avenue in Pennsauken, which was shuttered a year ago, as been reopened.
Chef/proprietor Mark Smith announced that today, Thursday – Sunday, December 10 – 13, the restaurant is offering new guests (and returning friends) a free draft beer or free house margarita to celebrate the Cantina’s reopening.
Some new menu highlights include:
Chili-Crusted Salmon drizzled with Chimichurri Sauce, served with Red Rice & Fresh Vegetable Medley
Fire-Grilled Jerk Shrimp served with Pineapple Salsa, Coconut Rice, and Black Beans
New York Strip Steak cooked to order with a variety of sauces
Blackened Steak Fajitas with a Spicy Blackened Rub served with Sautéed Peppers, Onions, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, and Cheese
Chipotle Peanut BBQ Pork Platter – the National Award Winner
Arroz Con Pollo: Roasted Chicken, Yellow Rice, Peas, Onions, Peppers, and Tomato
