The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville is offering two festive dining options for Christmas Eve. A 3-course prix-fixe will be served in the dining from 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Executive Chef Corey Hyer will present a special holiday menu of exquisite appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Dinner is $90.00 for adults; $45.00 for children under 12. Guests may also enjoy live piano music in the Library Bar. The second option is an elaborate buffet that will be available from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. There will be a generous assortment of salads, fruits, chilled seafood, pasta, hot entrées, craving stations, and a dessert station, including an ice cream sundae bar. The cost of the buffet is $65.00 for adults, $30.00 for children 6 – 12, and $15.00 for children 2 – 5. Seatings for children under 2 are complimentary. Restaurant Nicholas in Middletown will be accepting reservations from 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. The restaurant will offer three menu alternatives: 3-course menu, $65.00 per person; 4-course garden menu, $65.00 per person; and a 6-course tasting menu, $85.00 per person. (732) 345-9977.

 

Due Terre, in Bernardsville will celebrate with a 3-course prix-fixe, which will be served from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The cost is $50.00 per adult, with a children’s menu available at $20.00 per child. (908) 221-0040.
