This holiday season, the eight mid-Atlantic locations of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will once again host their annual concert series, celebrating the season with a series of performances by the Cartoon Christmas Trio, a musical group that performs authentic arrangements of musical selections from the classic holiday TV special A Charlie Brown Christmas. Originally aired in 1965, the special created by Charles Schulz has become among the most popular holiday programs in television history.
Throughout the month of December, the Cartoon Christmas Trio will perform at each of Iron Hill’s eight locations. The concert schedule is as follows…

Iron Hill Wilmington, DE: Tuesday, December 22
Iron Hill West Chester, PA: Wednesday, December 23
Iron Hill Newark, DE: Sunday, December 27 (The first post-Christmas performance)
All performances begin at 7:00 p.m. and run approximately two hours, with programs that include the score of A Charlie Brown Christmas, along with selections from such other holiday favorites as The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and The Little Drummer Boy.
The Cartoon Christmas Trio formed in 1995 for the sole purpose of performing music from classic Christmas cartoons. The music of A Charlie Brown Christmas, written by acclaimed jazz pianist and composer Vince Guaraldi, is the best-selling Christmas recording of all time. The trio performs each song from the classic TV special, using the exact instrumentation Guaraldi specified in his original compositions.
