On Friday, November 20, Stage Left in New Brunswick, NJ, will host a special wine dinner headlining the extraordinary wines of Napa Valley’s Corison Winery, with special guest Cathy Corison.
Ms. Corison will be bringing some rare older vintages from her library, and the restaurant will be matching up several vintages of her Cabernet Sauvignon with dinner.
Hors d’Oeuvres: Carpaccio of Grass-Fed Beef (Venison) with Capers, Pickled Ginger, Carrots, Celeriac, Radicchio, and Mustard Oil
Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon 2000
Torchon of Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Soy, Cointreau, and House-Preserved Blackberry Compote
Wine: Gewürztraminer 2006, Corazon (Corison), Anderson Valley
Griggstown Quail, Ginger, Carrot, Sesame, Shiitake Mushrooms, and braised Baby Bok Choy
