You can start things off with such delicacies as shrimp and fish ceviche, clams and mussels in salsa, Costa Rican black bean soup, or chorizo & tostones.
Entrées include seafood paella, salmon or tilapia filet sautéed in white wine sauce, shredded beef in tomato sauce, grilled skirt steak, and the ever popular Colombian platter (rice, eggs, pork rind, grilled steak, sausage, maduros, avocado, and red beans).
