mahogany-grille4The ever-popular Mahogany Grille in Manasquan, NJ, recently announced Executive Chef Ian Cooper’s latest “Tasting Menu,” which is available at $25.00 per person Tuesday – Thursday all evening and Friday until 7:00 p.m.

 

1st Course: Duck Confit Crepe

Wild Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Red Wine-Pomegranate Reduction

 

2nd Course: Bibb Salad

El Pastor Cheese, Dried Currants, Pecans, Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Aged Sherry Vinaigrette

 

3rd Course: Tilefish

Parsnip Purée, Celery Root Agnolotti, Herb-Lemon Shrimp Butter

 

OR

 

“Petite Tender” Steak

White Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Haricots Verts, Point Reyes Blue Cheese Compound Butter
